Important safety information
Do not take tadalafil with nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) or riociguat: together they can drop blood pressure dangerously. Tell your physician about heart conditions, and about alpha-blockers and other blood-pressure medicines.
Get medical help right away for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing. Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, back or muscle pain and nasal congestion.
