06Safety
Important safety information
Do not take it with nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) or riociguat: together they can drop blood pressure dangerously. PT-141 can raise blood pressure for a few hours; not for uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart disease.
Get medical help right away for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing. Possible side effects include nausea, flushing, headache and indigestion.
